The health and safety of our customers, and partners, has been our main priority throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. This page will set out several questions you may have relating to our services and the impact of coronavirus. 1) Is it safe to receive orders from parts of the United Kingdom affected by COVID-19?

While it is advised to take all the preventative measures with regards to the coronavirus, there is minimal risk associated with receiving packages from COVID-19 affected areas. This has been supported by the World Health Organisation (WHO), which stated that it is safe to do so. There is a very low possibility that an infected person will contaminate the parcel before it is received. Furthermore, the risk of catching COVID-19 from a package that has travelled through varying conditions is also unlikely, given that external factors like temperature and humidity affect the virus. The couriers that we partner with have implemented additional measures to ensure that any risk is reduced further. 

Nowplease is working in accordance with the latest rules and regulations from the government and the World Health Organisation. We will continue to ensure that our services align with best practices for safety.

2) Can I still return items?
